Please KEEP with you. Please do not take to Animal FOundation. Nearly always a death sentence. One day alone, I heard they took in 51 cats. Imagine all the dogs. He will be traumatized by entering such a place and may lose his life. Please keep him at your home, safe, until his owner with clear proof is found. Can you call Paws Patrol LV and see if they can help by scanning him for a chip if they are nearby? I hope his owner finds him with you right away.
