Dylan Sandoval I agree with the comment above by Bernadette Soto , reach out to the homeless living in that area. There are a lot of homeless people living down there in that area by the river, someone may have him kept safe and have no idea that someone is looking for him. Maybe put the REWARD posters up at the resource center where the homeless people shower and at the nearest gas stations to the bridge. I would also ask the gas station attendants (all shifts) if they know a homeless person living down there that might know a lot of people and if they can get the word out. My cat returned after 4 months one time, keep trying. Wishing you the best.
