This is my cat Mr. Biggs. He was my very first cat moving back to Philly. I do not live where he was lost because he was in a foster home. When I went to finally retrieve him they said he had gotten out and didn’t know where he was. He’s been gone since March 6th. Please help bring my baby home. I miss him so much.
