Please go door to door and ask your neighbors if they've seen him. Call Veterinary clinics and Animal Services and animal rescues in case someone brought him in or called about spotting him. Make lots of posters and put them up in busy places. Don't give up - he might be trapped in a garage or shed. Keep asking your neighbors to look around their trees - bird feeders and bird baths. Go out in the mornings with his favorite food - hopefully something with a strong scent. Call him and watch trees and bushes for him. Leave his cage just outside a open window. Hopefully he will come back to it looking for food. Would he be easy to catch by other people? Hopefully someone will be able to call him inside and then take him to a Veterinary clinic. I hope you find him safe and soon.
