Rudy had several s, he was headed for an Animal Shelter if I didn’t take him because he is marks on EVERYTHING and poops in the hse. Seven years later, he still does it. But I love him unconditionally, he is my baby and we need him . He slipped out of his collar so he doesn’t have his tags and I can’t find him. He’s very small and it’s so cold, Please somebody please help me get Rudy back
