That's a beautiful cat. Looks like a Bengal. Somebody may have thought he/she was a stray and took the kitty in.

Action Action to take if you lose a pet in San Diego IMPORTANT:Make sure you leave access open for your dog to return (plus smelly food and something that smells like the owner like dirty laundry)...Do Not leave the area, the dog will return looking for you (your scent), perhaps when it gets dark. Consult with Babs Fry, who will provide free guidance. Her number 619 249-2221 (CAREFUL of SCAMS, like drones or AI pics of your dog with a demand for money) 1. Post pet info, plus your contact info on social media: A. Lost and found pets, B. East County Pets, on Facebook C. Craigslist D. Nextdoor (.com)-local zip, on Internet. Neighbors by Ring E. Pawboost (.com). (Post your number in the description) F. Check 24petconnect .com 2. Check local shelters, in person, Bonita, Carlsbad, Mission Valley, Oceanside, Escondido, El Cajon and Chula Vista Check and web sites: —www.sdhumane. org, Mission Valley, Oceanside, Escondido, El Cajon —www.sddac (.com) Bonita, Carlsbad —Also check 24petconnect .com 3. Put up posters in the vicinity...have someone do it that the dog does not strongly identify with. Owner needs to stay home, to keep the scent localized! 4. Post pic on lost.Petcolove. org 5. Post on petharbor. com and findingrover. com 7. Lost2Found is free and easy to use! Pet owners text “LOST” to 858-SAN-LOST (858-726-5678)

I'm so sorry. I'm sharing this post that I always see on my lost pets group... Call Babs Fry 619-249-2221. People call her when they have lost their dog or found a dog that is lost. Someone may have called her. She also catches dogs without scaring them. She is FREE but takes donations to support her work.

When making flyers, put the phone number in HUGE FONT, above the picture, large enough to be seen from across the street and a car going by. Put "TAKE A PIC OF THIS FLYER" below the pic. Don't put "date last seen", it won't help and will only work against you. Don't put litter box on porch, like some people might suggest, this can backfire by attracting other animals, larger animals. You CAN put your dirty socks and sweatpants/sweatshirts on the porch, these smells will mean something to only your cat. Set up cameras, find out who on the block has an outdoor access cat who they put water (and maybe food) on the porch for. If possible, camp on front porch and grill something for hours. Don't give up!! Your baby is hunkered down somewhere close by and will break cover at night in search of food. I look forward to hearing you've been reunited with your beloved Megatron =^. .^= 🌿🌷🙏🏼😽💕🌿 shared 💗
