that looks like a Great Pyrenees... they protect flocks, but are known to wander to the finder, definitely check the local farms near where you found him.

I think he belongs to the person out there with goats. When they were on Susie’s property he came down to my dad’s and I gave him some fresh water and kibble. He then wandered back to the hill where the goats were penned.
