Alyssa Allgaier did you call the Fairfax county shelter since you found her in Fairfax? If the owner lost their dog in Fairfax, they’re going to be looking for it in Fairfax.

let it be known this is a last resort as the three shelters we tried to take her to said they either couldnt take strays(???) couldnt take her until a week later or were simply unable to take her bc theyre full. i know its not ideal taking her to culpeper since she was found in fairfax but i have no other options i work full time and do not have time nor resources for a puppy on top of my other two dogs.

Kathleen MacKinnon my boyfriend tried to take her in yesterday to the one by great waves and they said that we had to hold on to her and wait a week before they would be able to take her in
