Here’s the full scoop on everything posted about Sam. I lost dog Sam. Last seen near 138 Island Drive around 2pm, Friday, September 4. Closest X-streets: Island Drive & Mathew’s. Black & White Terrier mix. Approx 30-40 lbs. Male, Neutered, chipped. Blue collar. Sam is 17 years old, hard of hearing, friendly. How you can help: keep an eye out for him, share/boost his info, flyer is attached here in the photos (this is posted on all socials) if anyone wants to put it on your door/mailbox for delivery/postal driver to see. He’s been posted to PetFbi, Lost Dogs of SC, Pawboost, Nextdoor Crittercompasshhi socials, HH humane and BCAS have been contacted. Moving on to lost paws of the Lowcountry but seem to run into posting issues there so if anyone wants to help I’d be delighted. Heading to BCAS in person tomorrow.

Here are a few tests to help you find you’re missing pup: - If there’s a neighborhood Facebook page and/or a Community Facebook page, where your pup went missing, post on those right away so people nearby can be on the lookout; - ask them to check their outdoor cameras for any sightings. - Put up MISSING DOG flyers all around the area where he went missing with his picture and your contact info. - If there are adjacent neighborhoods, stores, or businesses close to where your pup went missing, put MISSING DOG flyers up in those areas as well. - Email a copy of your MISSING DOG flyer to Animal Control to hang in their intake area in case your sweet pup is brought in. - Go IN PERSON to Animal Shelters in your area in case he is brought in. There may be more than one shelter, so go to each one. They don’t keep them for long, so go at least every other day, so you don’t miss him if he ends up being brought there. - If he is chipped, notify the microchip company that he is missing, AND make sure your contact info with them is current and up-to-date so they can get ahold of you if someone finds your baby and gets him scanned. Praying you find your sweet pup real soon!

Thanks Linda 😊 Flyers are made and they’re also shared in the posts on multiple Facebook groups, Nextdoor, and personal socials with instructions for anyone else who might be able to help. 💙

Make flyers with picture saying LOST DOG. Put up 1-4 miles from where last seen. Not everyone has social media
