Message from Owner

My 16-year-old beautiful Dinah escaped my car after a walk; dashed off in the direction of the Water Treatment plant. She has on her harness and a collar with a bell. We moved to Portland only a few weeks ago, so she is completely unfamiliar with the area, and is probably very frightened. Please help!

Dinah's momma here: There is the possibility that a coyote took Dinah after she escaped. IF you should find a cat harness, and a blue cat collar with constellations and a bell on it,tered in the brush, please collect and contact us. (Is it possible that the coyote travelled over the bridge from the forest??). Thank you for reading and for your support. I am overwhelmed, exhausted, and do not want to give up.

Hallo. Thank you to everyone who has replied. Please know that Dinah's human does not have a fixed address right now, having only recently moved here. Dinah escaped from the car at the end of a walk in Cathedral City Park, N. Pittsburgh Ave. Therefore, no garage to leave cracked open, etc. We have already tried live traps; no success. We already have posters up in the park. Another note to share: there is *some* reason to think that a coyote took Dinah very soon after she escaped. IF you should find a cat harness, and a cat collar with a bell on it,tered in the brush, please collect and contact us. At least then Dinah's human will have answers. (Is it possible that the coyote travelled over the bridge from the forest??). If any of you knows someone with 1) a drone or a drone with FLIR, or 2) a tracking dog to try to find where the coyote took Dinah); or 3) someone sed in hunting coyotes, please let us know! (NO, we do NOT want to the coyote, only find out where it took its prey -- might even be a pupping den. The purpose of the search is find the harness and collar, if that is what happened to Dinah). We are trying to work smarter, not harder. Yes, we will continue with posters... Dinah's human is devasted with grief; they were together for 16 years. Thank you for reading, and for your support.
