Sally Zellen Oswald probably he was....because it mentions Big Dog Ranch Rescue who took in a whole lot of Beagles from that evil Lab that was doing experiments on beagles and recently most if not all by now, were rescued, thankfully! Praying for this poor little guy to be found safely today!

Maybe you should look into hiringJamie Katz Pet Detective she is a very reputable and highly successful pet detective local in our area. If anyone can find him she can she also has search and rescue dogs give her a call. I’m sure big dog ranch, rescue is aware of who she is
