File a lost dog report with acct Philly shelter. Is he wearing tags or chipped? Post on ring app, nextdoor app. Hang flyers asap. Mount them on neon poster board. Please include your contact number at top of all posts so that you can be contacted immediately with any sightings.

Go to ACCT Philly Shelter to see if he was brought there as that is where they would take him if found and file a lost dog report with them to keep an eye out in case he comes in. They have been having to euthanize for space so don't wait.
