She has a pink collar and she is in heat. My mother’s neighbors had her tied to the tree in the heat. I took her until I find the owners or send her to a no shelter. She is so so sweet, she has some training so I know she belongs to someone. Let me know if you’re missing your baby, I’ll bring her back or we can meet half way as I’m in Manassas.

UPDATE: She is in the shelter now. They scanned her for a microchip and she didn’t have one. They will make their own missing pet post and hopefully find the owners or re-home her until they do. 🤞🏽❤️
