Whoever has Nova, it is a felony in CA not to report the dog as found and to keep it or sell it. This dog is the property of the original owners. Do not buy or sell this dog. Return it immediately to the owners or take to the nearest shelter and report as Found - leave her there. Disgusted that someone would steal this dog. Karma is a , too. You don't want this on your soul.
