Just because the dog has a large growth doesnt mean they have been neglected. I have an almost 100lb dog who has the same thing. Spent thousands last year to have removed for 3 months later to have tripled the size it was originally, and hes not a good candidate to have removed again. So lets stop assuming the dogs not cared for, hoping and praying it wasn't a dump and that the dog just got out

I really wish people would contact animal control. That way if there ever is a question of neglect or abuse, they can look into it when and if they find the owner.
