This doggy was/is at the 7-11 off Inland Center Dr in San Bernardino. He wasn't aggressive at all. He seemed to be "looking" for someone. He was cautiously attempting to approach a family, they didn't acknowledge him though. Unfortunately, I couldn't stay or attempt to hold him. I have to take a family member to dialysis.
