DESCRIPTION
Libby (short for Liberty, because she was born in the 4th of July) is missing. She is a shy (but sweet), fluffy, mostly white with black/grey and brown markings. She has a greyish spot right by one of her eyes. She is spayed (has the tattoo on her belly - not visible because she is a longer haired kitty , and she does have a tipped ear from being TNR). She is a medium sized cat. We are really really missing her.
