Tan/golden midsize dog with curly hair

The dog was found wandering behind my apmt building at The Retreat at Sweetwater on Sweetwater road off Pleasant Hill Rd. They are very friendly and do not seem like a stray as they did not leave once we interacted with them and when we put a collar on them to take them to a secure location to wait for authorities they behaved well. We cannot keep them due to our own dog but have contacted Gwinnett County Animal Welfare & Enforcement to come collect them. As of 9:30am on 5/8 we are waiting with the dog at the Reatreat at Sweetwater dog park. The dog does have an injury to its left hip almost like road rash but is moving fine and it otherwise unharmed.
