Update: I took the sweet girl to get scanned for a microchip. No chip. Female Shepard. She is located at blue pearl vet and they will hold her for 48 hours. She is deceased unfortunately but hoping her owners can get some closure. I'm so sorry for your loss. ♥️ she was handled with a lot of care.
