Message from Finder

This cat was found by a neighbor while searching for her cat a couple of weeks ago. Someone released them from the trap the same day it was found before they could get them scanned/brought to a shelter. While still looking for our cat, we saw this same cat over the course of several days on our trail camera recently. It appears to have stayed around the area. We are considering use the humane trap and try to get it scanned for a chip. Please let us know if you think it is your kitty

Send an email to info@wecareforpets.org to reach Care for Pets as they have volunteers who can come to your house and scan a pet to see if there is a chip and try to get the owner’s information from the chip company. The Animal Emergency Clinic, 7145 Spring Creek, is open 24/7 can scan for a chip. They are located across Perryville and just down from Franchesco’s. 815-229-7791. Please call before heading over there as they might be busy with emergencies and not able to do a scan right away.
