If anyone tries to claim anyone's around , they absolutely have to show proof of ownership , if they have attitude called the police and say you're not getting this dog until you can prove it, because you're going to have people coming out now, there's not the owner trying to get it, no one is to get it, unless they can prove they're the owners paperwork a vet reference.Can call together to verify ownership?Only owner will have this information.Don't tell anyone what the leash or collar.Looks like they need to tell you

All\n Of y'all, that spotted him and where he feels safe that start putting water bowls out everywhere he's gonna die of a heat stroke, put water bowls all over the place, giving time and need to put up sided signs right out in front where he's been sighted. So the owner knows where it is immediately immediately right now put these signs up and those water bowls out, you could put some dry food out, but the ants might get to it. You'd have to put it inside another bowl that has water in it. And then a bowl inside that bowl and then put The Dry food in and back off. Don't let him see you back off and just leave.And then he'll keep coming back to that same spot

He was spotted on Acree rd before this. I looked twice for this dog and I haven't seen it. I hope it's not caught on something since the leash is attached.
