White great pyrenees with a blue camo collar but no info

I have seen this stuff multiple times roaming around the neighborhood and I feel like it’s typically when it’s raining. Let me to believe that it might have a home and just get out, but the dog let me come up to it. Today has a blue camo collar, but no information is quite skinny and cat purrs all in his coat. Very sweet dog, seems a bit older, but skittish. But not eat the dog food I brought to it.
