I wonder how you lose a 7 lb dog? They are mostly In a home or on a leash. I hope you find her. Definitely visit local shelters/ contact rescues. There are quite a few. You can't rely on a chip. Sadly, many people will just keep a dog like this if they find it because it is so small. Good luck 🤞
