Black all white cat with blue eyes, looks healthy and is very sweet. Not scared of people or my male cat but scared of my dog.

This cat appeared after the incident that happened on southern and 20th street a few days ago, we live right by where it happened. (Not sure what the incident was exactly but saw on Facebook it was gun violence or something.) it’s a very rural area and I’ve never seen this cat before, it looks like an inside cat. Im thinking maybe he came from that same area where all the cops where but i havent let him in because my female cats (one who gave birth and still has the kittens) arent fond of him at all. My other female cat looks identical to him and its making my girls fight eachother. I hope this cat can be reunited with his owner & i hope he wasnt in the same hse of whatever happened.
