Steps for a Healthy, Friendly Found Dog:
THX SO MUCH FOR HELPING!!!!
1. Keep Local: The best outcome is usually reuniting the dog in its neighborhood, so hold it if you can.
2. Check for ID: Look for collar tags or get the dog scanned for a microchip at a vet or PACC.
3. Use Petco Love Lost: Post the dog on the Pima County website's official platform, which uses facial recognition to match pets.
4. Notify Neighbors: Ask neighbors if they recognize the dog and post flyers with your contact info.
5. File a Report: Call PACC at 520-724-PACC (7222) to report a found pet.
6. Use Social Media: Share the Petco Love Lost profile and post in local groups (like "Found Dogs Tucson").
