I'm a few streets away, over on Colfax, but drive by that area and will keep an eye out. A lot of big yards with a lot of stuff in them around there. Possible he's hiding in one of those yards, or by the Public Works storage area? I'd walk around in the evening calling him, shake treats, and play YouTube videos of "kittens meowing to attract cats". Not sure about yours but mine often run to me when they hear those videos. Good luck, will keep an eye out, hope he comes home soon!
