🚨 URGENT: SAFE PLACE, FOSTER, OR RESCUE NEEDED 🚨 Yesterday, we rescued this incredibly sweet mixed breed boy out of traffic near I-45 and N Shepherd. He spent the night safely in our guest bathroom, but we cannot keep him long-term and urgently need to find his next step today. We took him to the vet and he got a fantastic report! He is an absolute jackpot of a dog who is already perfectly set up for a home: - Age/Weight: ~18 months old, 48 lbs (perfect medium size) - Health: HEARTWORM NEGATIVE! Very healthy aside from minor scs/skin flare-ups from life on the streets. - Manners: Perfectly potty trained and crate trained! Knows basic commands, zero food aggression, an absolute dream to walk, and did amazing during bath time. - Personality: Super smart with great puppy energy, but self-regulates beautifully (stops himself and grabs a toy if he gets too mouthy out of excitement). He is a gentle, plug-and-play companion who just needs a safe place to land. Located in the Garden Oaks/Oak Forest area (Houston, TX).
