This dog ran in front of our car, and into a drain that goes into the community storage for trailers. We were able to go in and check if we could get to the dog, however there seems to be a hole in the wall to a neighboring yard, the owner is aware of access hole because they have a camera set up to stare at the hole. The dog however does not seem to be owned by the home, he was just scared into the hole. Very dirty, overhead. I did set out food and water just in case. This is the second time we have seen him in the last week roaming around. Animal control notified.
