I've had him for 4 years. He's been my best friend. When I moved out of my parents hse he didn't like my apmt because he couldn't go outside which he loved and he went out for a couple days and would stay home a couple of days, that's just how he is. So I moved him back to my parents hse but while I was in my apmt I got a new cat, I moved back in with my parents after awhile and my new cat and Neo got into a fight and neo has been gone since then. He never ever leaves for this long.
