Received notice of tax proposal for the current year. If is going to increase around $42/year. ( about $1742/year total) We purchased this home 10 years ago. Purchase price was nearly identical to the selling price of our home in Plains Twp., Pa. At the time our real estate taxes were about $5,000. Probably much more now. Additionally Florida has no state or local income tax, no rain tax, vehicle inspections or sewer taxes. This is a Red state, presently people from blue states are moving here in droves. Just hope they remember the reasons ( other than the sunshine )they are escaping and leave their political party values back where they came from. Don’t ruin a good thing, don’t want to have to move ever again!

.Please place his bedding 🛏outside, along with the owner's unwashed clothing👚👖 front and back door 🚪with a can of tuna 🐟 on each entrance, you can leave your garage door a bit open as well. In case it comes in that way. And leaving food there as well...supervise food outdoors. Also vacuumed home 🧹dirt in a stocking hanging it in front and back of home🏡 enterence . You can also add some catnip 🌱in a stocking hanging by your entrances. Show your neighbo🖼picture of the cat. Ten houses to the left ten house to the right front and back if they spot him to give you a call☎️ immediately. Go early in the ☀️morning and shake treats calling the cats name when things are quiet.. Tell neighbors to check their sheds and garage.Just in case it's trapped.. Also, you can install a camera 📹to monitor and see if the cat is around your house . You can even ask your local animal shelter to rent out safe trap and monitor it.. Check in with all neighbours to the side, front and back to see if you can search their yard for her. She's most likely hiding real well. Show them her picture, kids included.

Please try these tips, they have helped so many reunite! In addition put out stinky/ smelly worn SHOES and SOCKS of the cat’s or dogs “person” These will carry a lot of YOUR scent. Try to replace daily. YOUR scent will help lead your cat/ dog home💜 BE CONSISTENT AND PERSISTENT Best wishes Borrowed tips from Renee Vacon PLEASE READ. THIS IS SO IMPORTANT. IF I HAD READ THESE TIPS I WOULD HAVE MY FUR BABY BACK NOW! Go out looking for kitty. Start searching immediately. Don’t wait for him/her to come home on their own. Kitty is likely close by, may be scared and hiding. Take a can of tuna or smelly cat food with you or kitty’s favourite treats. Look under neighbours decks or steps but don’t give up. So many dangers out there such as coyotes, owls and not so nice humans. Kitty is counting on you. And...this is so IMPORTANT ....!!! If you don’t find kitty today, go out late tonight when it’s quiet and calm around midnight or later and sit on your front steps or back steps and talk out loud softly and say his/her name over and over like you are reading a story book. Be patient it may take some time and more than one night but if kitty is close s/he will hear your voice and come out of hiding. This has worked for me a couple of times. Also leave a window or garage door open so they can get back in when they come back. Good luck. Hope your fur baby makes it home soon. Don’t give up.
