White and brown medium length hair. Looks like she just has puppies. Would not come over to me.

This sweet girl looks like she is either lost or was dropped off in the country, maybe while still pregnant. She appears to have had puppies recently. She was too scared to come over to the car. 😭

Dog needs to be picked up (if possible) until owner can come and get her . she could get run over, or leave that area and get run over. It is too hot for a dog to be out all the time, as well!!
