Time is of the essence. Cats don’t go far from home. Don’t wait for social media to bring your cat home, you need to be proactive. Leave the door/window the kitty exited from open 24/7. If unable, then crack garage door open 24/7 enough to get in. Hang worn clothes and/or your pillow case in a tree or on top of shrubs to create a scent trail. Knock on neighbors doors with a picture asking them to keep an eye out. See if they can check Ring cameras for any sighting. Post signs with kitty’s picture as many as possible, include surrounding neighborhoods. Go out late at night with a flashlight, shaking a bag of food, calling kitty’s name, looking under shrubs for their shining eyes. Post on Ring, Nextdoor and check shelters. Don’t give up. 💕

Go around late at night calling them with food and flashlight to catch their eyes. Check around your neighborhood under houses and in small places where they may hide. Put stuff out that has yours and their scent on it. Mainly their litter box and sprinkle their used litter around the yard as they'll recognize the smell and it'll deter other animals from coming around. Hang flyers around for people to see. Check shelters and vets daily. Update chip info if they have a chip and its has not been update since a move. Ask neighbors to check in their garages incase they ended up trapped in one and to check their cameras in case they appeared on them to get a sense of direction they could be. I pray you get your baby back safe and soon.

Please place its bedding 🛏 outside, along with the owner's unwashed clothing👚👖 front and back door 🚪with a contents of tuna can 🐟 on each entrance, you can leave your garage door a bit open as well. In case it comes in that way. And leaving food there as well...supervise food outdoors. Also vaccumed home 🧹dirt in a stocking hanging it in front and back of home🏡 enterence . You can also add some catnip 🌱in a stocking hanging by your entrances. Show your neighbors 🖼picture of the🐈 cat. Ten houses to the left ten house to the right front and back if they spot him to give you a call☎️ immediately. Also, you can put up a Sign post 🪧with your 🐱📷 picture. In front of your 🏡lawn and to call you or contact you ASAP. Go early ⏰️ in the ☀️morning and shake treats calling the cats name when things are quiet.. Tell neighbors to check their sheds and garage.Just in case it's trapped.. Also, you can install a camera / Baby monitor 📹 to monitor and see & hear if the cat is around your house 🏡. You can even ask your Local Pet 🐱 Animal Shelter to Rent out a Safe Trap and monitor it.. Praying for a soon safe return 🍀 of your kitty 🙏 ❤️🏡🐾

He is within a 3 house radius, statistically. Probably under a shed, deck, or bush. Possibly trapped in a neighbor’s garage. Don’t give up, he is nearby! He will be too scared to come out during the daytime. So, call his name from your door at dawn and dusk. Also, search for him at night with a flashlight. His eyes will relect the light. You can also get a live trap.

MA Lee did you use wet food, tuna or sardines? Do you have a camera on it to let critters out right away or get tang right away?

That's encouraging but a month is so long. We are just sick about it. Thank you for your support

Thanks Karen. I had read not to use a litter box as it may attract predators? I do have a live trap out with food and covered with his dad's t-shirts.
