Desiree Durst not true, this would be female if over 1 yrs old, most cockatiel babies look female until their first molt certain mutations cannot be visually ed. This one is a normal gray, a male over a yr old would have a yellow face with orange patches.

Sarah Placentia Ok I took a look around and non of the lost birds fit the look exactly of that bird it could of flew from another state they can fly around 12 or more miles a day but is unlikely especially since where you are is uninhabitable for a lot of birds but a cockatiel is used to the wheather in Australia so it is possible I will keep a eye out some more I already did a check for all lost birds in us and could not find her thank you for helping

I believe females have the more dull (muted) colors. So I think it's a female 🤔
