Rafi Yunior Payano I’ve posted this to Lost and Found Pets of Prince William County. Can you be more specific on the rest area? Was it the truck rest area/weigh station in Dumfries or was it the car rest area that’s actually in Dale City? Were you on the northbound or southbound lanes as there is a stop on each side.
