o my name is Alexis. We went on a walk May 12th at the River walk located near West sacramento. We usually go on walks there, we always park on 3rd and Cst. We believe he jumped out the car as the sliding doors were closing. (We drive a van) Im not sure if a private message is required but my phone number is.
