Turtle, yellow underbelly

Message from Finder

Turtle seems to be an aquatic species. He is in the safe hands of a certified zookeeper and animal trainer. I have him set up for now but would like to find his owner. We found him in the middle of our street. Apparently has been seen around for a couple of weeks.
