Was found in Collins park (softball park), it’s about cypress wood and Klein area, it was panting and seemed to be out for awhile, bystanders said it had been at the park for 2-3 hours, we drove around the area and scanned it at a 24/7 hosp and it is not chipped, currently is with me at my home as of August 7th 9:30pm, looking into taking it to a shelter if there’s no luck, pls reach out if you recognize it, my number is, thank you
