Message from Finder
First saw him this morning at 6am omw to work. This evening my son spotted him again in our front yard. So, we trapped him into our backyard. He was severly dehydrated. I called pacc but they have a high rate of emergencies right now. Not sure what to do with him. I have other dogs, they are not friendly.
