Message from Owner

♦️ ODEN IS STILL MISSING ♦️ ODEN is still missing from the West Salem area near Stoneway Dr NW and Rosewood Dr NW. Have you seen this cat? He was last seen on 7/16/2024 in West Salem off Stoneway Dr NW. Around that time, I moved to another apmt within the same complex. A neighbor apparently believed we had abandoned him after seeing our old apmt empty and decided to take him. I have video showing her leaving after taking my cat, and she was the last known person to have him. Law enforcement was contacted, but she told police she released him, and nothing further was done even though I have evidence. I still do not know where he was taken, and she refuses to give any information. Oden is 8 years old, microchipped, and neutered. His microchip has been flagged as missing, but there have been no updates or scans reported. I keep hoping someone has seen him or may even have him safe somewhere. He means everything to me, and I have been absolutely heartbroken without him. I am offering a generous reward for his safe return. Please, if you have seen Oden or know anything at all, contact me. Your identity will be kept completely confidential. I just want answers and, more than anything, I want my sweet boy home. Please share this post if you can. Thank you so much. 🥲 I will never stop searching for him. 💔

Get your flyers up! Do not rely on social media alone, most of my missing animals come home, because of physical flyers! I do 8X11 in the immediate area 4 per block, the bigger the area 3 per block and so on. I've had the most success with the 4 per page mini handouts of the same flyer. I will give these to the Mailman, UPS, Fedex, Garbage man, Gas stations, Grocery stores. Also fluorescent backgrounds at major intersections 8X11 or bigger. Also law enforcement and animal control. More than likely, it's not going to be your eyeballs. That bring your pet home. Also not everybody has social media. So we need as much help as we can get from the community. So make it easy for them to get a hold of you. and remember the harder you work, the luckier you get! I hope these suggestions help you get your animal home soon and safe. 😉

Guys.. this was two years ago. 🤕 I appreciate all the kind comments but I think we’re past the normal things to do at this point. ❤️‍🩹

Go out the dark with a flashlight look around all buildings and bushes and under porches and look for the glow of the eyes
