o! I was driving back from picking up my sister from school. When we found two dogs running in the street. Unfortunately, there was another black dog who ran before we can grab him. So, we only have this one after going around multiple times looking for the owners and that black dog. As small as this one The road was Cypress Drive, here in Vista. We wanted to know if anyone recognize this dog. He had a collar, but we are sure it's a shock collar. And we have doubts that the own is treating them well, and if maybe these poor dogs ran away. We are unable to hse them, given we have a dog of our own and unfortunately, he too friendly. If anyone in vista would like to shelter him since the shelter in My father is on his way to see if a shelter can take him in or maybe be able to find a tracker on this dog. But again, if nothing is able be found. Can anyone shelter this dog?

Tara York it’s sad that he had a shock collar on, that’s inhumane to set it to the max with a small dog like that. Horrible owners, maybe better off if someone else adopts him 😢💔🐶🙏
