I don’t know if this is your cat or not but it’s shown up over the last 10 days here in hunters Chase. Showed up this morning again for food, but the minute I opened the door he runs away will not even stay to eat as soon until I shut the door.

Thanks! He is mostly outdoors and he has access to our yard all the time, including his hammock, food bowls, chairs with pillows. So he does not need to be let in, it's just always there for him to go to. He has lived outdoors for 10 years so he knows his way around and spends a lot of time in our back yard that is fenced but accessible easily (loads of cracks to get in from, including gate, side fence that does not go all the way to the ground, back fence that has 1-foot opening, etc). He sometimes leaves and hangs out in in neighboring areas (the yard of the bank mostly). It's not like him to not come back after he's been to the bank area (we looked there but saw nothing). :-(

Do you have a garage door that you can leave cracked for him to get in? Do any neighbors have traps? Reach out to check them. I hope he's home soon!
