Unfortunately you can’t just move and let a cat out. If you just have to have an outdoor cat it should be restrained for at least three weeks after a move.

Collars with bells, not good. Collars period, not good! Cats are all about scent and now this kitty is lost in an unfamiliar scent area with a bell on that will alert any possible sneaking up on food prospects. 1) keep pets, especially cats, secured during and after move. 2) if an outside/inside cat, keep inside for 2 mos before allowing outside and even then keep close tabs on them, calling in often and not allowing outside for too long until they can establish their home scent area. I sincerely hope your kitty is home soon. ❤️🙏
