❗ Call the microchip company ASAP, they will send out an alert. ❗️Post flyers everywhere, including local shelters, vets, and police stations. Make sure to call all of them to see if anyone has turned the cat in. ❗️Post on the Citizen App ASAP, it will reach thousands of people in your area in a matter of minutes. ❗️Ask neighbors if they have cameras or ring doorbells, and if they can look at them to see if he passed by. ❗️Buy or rent a trap from a rescue, vet, police station, friend, or neighbor. ❗️Get cans of 9-Lives, put the trap by your house or building, and put the food inside (1 can at a time on a plate). Tips to find an indoor cat. Time is of the essence. They stay close for a while but will get confused and start to wander.

With the rain sure she is hiding. Go out at night to look for her and early am as that is when she will try to get back inside. Open a door to the house like a garage door and then the door leading into the house around dusk, she may walk back in on her own. Let local police know in case somebody not on social media finds her.
