Seems to be a black lab, a few tiny specs of missing hair/calloused skin on elbows

Brought inside to avoid getting hit by a car/kept running in the road. Doesn’t seem to be potty trained or leash trained. She had a collar on but we replaced it once she had a bath (will return old collar)
