2 dogs German Shepard and pit bull

These 2 dogs came around 9am and layed down where the rain wouldn’t get them. They are starving! And the pit bull has a wound but looks old so it must’ve been from a while ago. She’s a puppy! The German shepherd I’m not to sure but both are gentle and sweet. First time going to pet them they both backed off as if I was going to hit them !💔😢

Call animal control, nobody’s coming for these dogs. They were probably dumped because both breeds are restricted at most apartments and most rentals.
