That mau pattern on head is pretty good identifier. The "m" on a tabby forehead. If it doesnt match then likely not your guy.

Sa Gifford the new orange guy is normal sized adult and while he runs when I move or start to walk, he does not have feral look or manner. Just scared. Check pattern.

I have a very large boned orange who comes around as well. Unaltered. I can pet big orange. When I tried to get big orange altered he tore heat vent up on floor and escaped the night before his appt so I failed. If I can get a pic of him I will try but he doesn't have a lot of trust in me anymore. And only comes around once or twice a week.
