I don't know why they would give him a dog that he very clearly stated was a male and the one returned was a female on top of him commenting on MULTIPLE shepherds that all looked different saying "this is my dog"...something is very off about the whole situation...especially as quickly as he was deleting comments, editing comments and changing the pictures to different puppies..
