Rene Dierker agree! Please put the little one back where you found it. It’s a wild animal not a pet! I found one the other day. Sat and talked to it for a minute. Then I went on my way. And it went on its way. Just like any wild bird or squirrel. Etc. It’s a wild turtle. Let it be wild and live its life the way it should!

Shantay Loveherkids Slaughter Box turtles are endangered. By removing one from the wild you are contributing to their eventual extinction. They must remain wild in order to breed and produce offspring to replenish the population.
