I’ve never seen this cat in my neighborhood before. Looked hungry, so I tried to feed it but was timid and ran away.

Sara Calvert and they could help find owners. Take his pic around but before giving him to someone claiming to be owner ask to see proof like pics of him. But definitely contact humane society they r on FB and there is a form u can fill out for help with strays, and if u can't house him for long they can help with that, cause no cat should be out when winter comes. Put out food and water every day and it will return like clockwork. The humane society could help u trap it as it definitely needs help. Poor guy. Remember traps must be monitored as cats can get injured if they freak out in trap. Cover trap after cat is inside.
