Black cat/kitten. Thin, and has lost a good bit of hair. Very friendly and vocal.

This kitten or young cat turned up several days ago. I have tried many reputable rescues, but it needs a foster, which I cannot do. I am providing plenty of food and water, and have treated it once thus far with Revolution to help with fleas. This poor thing is desperate to come in, and it is breaking my heart to see him outside. It literally stood on my front door crying to come in! I have dogs that are not cat friendly. Please contact me if you recognize him. This baby wants to be someone’s pet, and obviously had a home at one time. We have a large feral community on our street that is maintained by almost every home. . We will get it spayed or neutered, and put back on our street. I hope he survives. It is sad to see a friendly cat have to live outside after being an indoor cat. I am sure he is frightened. If anyone has any suggestions, I would appreciate them. Thank you.
